Petersham Open Gardens - back in 2027

Petersham Open Gardens takes place every two years and will next be held in May 2027. In the meantime, you can enjoy Ham Open Gardens and Richmond Hill Open Gardens on 17 May 2026.

18th May 2025 - another successful event

  • A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this year’s Petersham Open Gardens such a success.
  • We’re incredibly grateful to the generous garden owners who opened their beautiful spaces, and to all the volunteers who made the day possible — including those who supported the gardens, ran ticket desks, served teas at Petersham Lodge, and baked such delicious cakes. A big thank you also to everyone who bought tickets and came to enjoy the gardens — your support is what makes this event so special.
  • Special thanks to the Sea Scouts, the parents of The Russell School, and the Fox & Duck pub for their fantastic support on the day. We’re also deeply appreciative of our musicians and traffic stewards, who helped create such a joyful and well-managed event.
  • ​Thanks to this wonderful community effort, we were able to raise over £32,000 for local good causes.
