In 2021 Petersham Open Gardens will raise money for four local charities:
Petersham & Ham Sea Scouts
One of the oldest scout troops still in existence, in continuous operation since 1908 and inclusive and accessible to all children wanting to be a sea scout. Monies raised will go to funding a their new scout hut with improved facilities included provision for disabled access. More information

Lilomi Children's CharityLilomi is a team of people from Petersham who are working to improve the lives of children at the Jonathan’s Child Care School and Orphanage in Bo, Sierra Leone. We improve the lives of children, freeing them from preventable illness, hunger and the pitfalls that poverty brings. More Information

Cassel Hospital TrustThe Cassel Hospital Charitable Trust in Ham promotes the care and treatment of adults and young people with personality disorders and complex trauma. The Trust was set up by members of the team at The Cassel and local people who were inspired by the hospital’s work. More Information

Petersham Environment Trust
The trust charity funds supports environment causes in and around Petersham. Recent projects include the restoration of Petersham Lodge Woods, the resurfacing of the path from River Lane to Petersham Nurseries and the renewal of the green area at the bottom of Cedar Heights. More information
