• When you make your purchase Eventbrite will email an e-ticket: ​You can exchange this for an entry pass & map at any of the gardens or ticket desks on the day. These are on River Lane TW10 7AG and on Petersham Road opposite Sudbrook Lane, TW10 7AL and in the Sea Scouts Field.
• Concession tickets are available: Retired, students, unwaged etc. Children under 18 go free.
• Please note: THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE VILLAGE. Buses 65 & 371 stop in the centre. 

Tickets are limited 

Due to the size of the village, once we reach capacity, online ticket sales will be paused. After that, any remaining tickets will only be available on the day.

There is no parking in the village but public transport is good. Please see the travel page.

Disabled access

Many of the gardens are wheel chair accessible.

Dogs

As much as we love dogs we regret they are not allowed in the gardens, apart from blind and other assistance dogs of course.
